76000 Product Information
76000
contains Extreme Pressure Ceramic Fillers
TECHTREX™ 76000 series thermoplastic coatings are formulated
from Victrex® PEEK™. In a thin film TECHTREX™ 76000
allows a user to benefit from the advanced performance benefits
commonly found in molded PEEK, with the added benefits of Extreme
Pressure Ceramic Fillers, in a spray applied coating. TECHTREX
76000 provides a less aggressive, harder, smoother more wear resistant
surface than 74000. TECHTREX™ has excellent Chemical, Tribological,
and Corrosion resistance, in one package. In addition the Physical
properties of the Victrex® PEEK™ polymer have raised it
to the premier position among thermoplastics.
Certain
formulations may meet FDA requirements. It is the responsibility
of the end user /manufacturer to determine if the final product
meets such standards.
