TECHTREX™ 74000 Product Information

74000 contains Extreme Wear Resistant fillers

The 74000 series TECHTREX™ formulation contains Extreme Wear Resistant fillers. Standard TECHTREX™ 74000 provides an extremely wear resistant surface. Excellent abrasion and wear resistant properties make this coating desirable in fluid transfer applications to reduce wear in piping, valves and on impellers. Use TECHTREX™ 74000 where a slightly textured and extremely durable coating is needed. If a thicker film build of TECHTREX™ 74000 is desired TECHTREX™ 71000 should be utilized to build or increase film thickness. TECHTREX™ 74000 series formulations should be applied as the final coat. Multiple variations of TECHTREX™ 74000 series coatings are available. Where needed a formulation that is smooth yet highly wear resistant is available to meet a customer's specification.
