DFL-1 COATED

I've had a customer of mine tear his engine down
after roughly 20,000 miles. He does a lot of testing and
swapping of parts for his car so this was a perfect
candidate to show the abilities of the DFL-1 coated
bearings.
As you can see in the image, a high
luster of burnishing has occurred with NO bearing
fatigue or scarring of any kind. It simply works no
matter what. Putting that much force (twinturbo v6
making 500+rwhp) on a bearing and having a coating
increase its lubricity under load is a win/win situation
for me as an engine builder and machinist. Thank you
Tech Line for developing such a superior dry film
lubricant. I will be showcasing these on many other
forums to promote business and the service I offer in
coating bearings. I'm working on getting more images to
show more detail as well. But for now here is a glimpse.
