Year of 2011

This year turned out to be a very good year for Tech Line Coatings. Our sales were up significantly and the vast majority of it was from the High Performance After Market, both in the US and overseas. The response we had at the various trade shows indicates that 2012 should be another year with good growth.

IMIS Show

The show as always was excellent, and the number of booths was up. This year, as at the previous shows seemed a better than last year. One of the products that attracted the most attention was our LTC. The ability to shed mud was of great interest to the Circle Track customers who have issues with weight on the wheels, body and wings, when racing on dirt. LTC will significantly reduce this issue by not allowing mud to build up. This is an excellent market for shops and dealers to sell the retail bottles into, pleasing customers and enhancing the overall reputation and market for coatings, leading to more sales at all levels.

Also, our new product, CilGen Marine Coating, was well received.

CilGen CTD

Testing

In our own internal testing CTD has shown the ability to shed heat equivalent to our TLTD dispersant. However we wanted confirmation. As part of our regular testing program, we send samples to select companies for their own tests. The testing company in this case is well known in the Industrial sector and makes air compressors and air management units, where heat management is critical. The result of their testing showed that our CTD performed three times better than any other manufacturers coating tested. Again, confirmation of the ability of CTD to aid in heat transfer and verified the superiority of Tech Line products.
