These will include interviews giving an overview of many of our products. Other videos will be demonstrations of how to prepare a part and apply a variety of our products. These are short reviews and are designed to help our customers. More detailed videos should be available by the end of the year.

Nano Technology

Many have asked about the use of Nano technology in our products. Tech Line, as a leading technology company focusing on Thin Film Technology?, has been aware of and used Nano technology for years. This technology has a variety of uses and when appropriate is incorporated into our coating systems. Nano particles are not always needed and are only used when a performance benefit is seen. Nano materials are expensive, though used in small quantities. They can provide increased lubrication, hardness, durability, adhesion, release, scratch resistance and many other desirable qualities.

Release Coating for Food Applications

Tech Line will be making available a low friction coating for food container slide applications. This coating will be made from FDA acceptable materials and will allow food containers to slide down conveyor plates for loading of finished bottles and cans or during manufacturing and filling. This will replace more costly materials now used.
