Product Delivery During November

During November we will be moving our blending activities to two separate plants. The solvent based coatings will be blended at a Texas facility and the water based will be blended in California. The increase in volume of product ordered has been such that we needed to expand our capabilities. Since the ThanksGiving holiday occurs in November followed by the Performance Racing Industry trade show, delivery of some product will be delayed. Normal delivery should resume in December. We will be discontinuing certain products that have proven to be very slow movers.

Glen has had success coating Air Conditioning Condensers for Jaguars. It really seems to "perk up" the systems. TLTD will help in virtually any situation where you need additional thermal dissipation.

Oven Insulation

Bruce took some WBX that he had blended and not used and sprayed it inside his oven. He indicates that the oven is 30% more efficient with the inside coated. The WBX had sat for a while and he was looking for a way to use it as once it has been blended it must be sprayed or it will not have a sealed, satin finish, though it will still cure.

2 Stroke Drag Bike

The bike in question runs nitrous and had turned an 8:22 at 158 MPH. After coating the pistons, using TLML and CBX the bike ran a 7:85 at 168 MPH. Not bad. In addition the uncoated pistons would begin to show damage, after coating no indication of seizing.

Hot Seat

Running the MCS/MCX combination on the headers and exhaust of a Late Model Stock, the temperatures under the drivers seat dropped significantly. The Driver is very happy.

European Market

Peter has provided a little more info on the European market. He indicates that they are seeing a good market for Tech Line products in all classes of circuit race cars as well as historic race cars. Examples given are Alfa Romeo, 8 Grand Prix cars, Peter Littler, ray Mallock, RED and MSD prepared Rally Cars, Ten Kate and Shepherd Racing Road/Race Motorcycles, Ricard and NSJ Racing Karts as well as Lotus 340R and Ultima Spyder Production Sport Cars. In addition the UK Drag Racing community is very happy with Cermakrome on their exhaust systems.
