HOT NEW COATING

RED, ORANGE , YELLOW

This is the introduction of a new line of coatings known as, CilGen™. These are ceramic based coatings that are capable of easily handling exhaust gas temperatures. The coating is initially available in a Cherry RED, “Chevy” ORANGE and a bright YELLOW. When top coated with CermaSeal™these colors develop a “shinny” porcelain like finish. CilGen™ coatings cure at low temperature and in some instances will fully cure at ambient temperatures. A unique effect found in the Red and Orange, is the ability of the colors to turn very dark during operation and yet return to their original color when the part cools. We have tested both on tube steel and on cast iron manifolds and the results have been beyond our expectations.

PRI Show

We will be attending the P.R.I. Show in Indy Dec 9,10 and 11, and the whole crew, except for Sean who went last year, will be in attendance. Ray advises us that he provided coatings for the BAJA 500 entry of Clifford Research, Temecula, CA. He specifically mentioned applying our WSX to the cylinder walls. How did the team do? They won their class. A very happy customer.

Shipping Closed
