INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS

Due to the large number of requests for information on our coatings and their application from the Industrial market, we will be developing data that is needed for such applications. Typically the Automotive Market does not ask for the same type of test data that is needed for Industrial applications.

To fit the need for such data we will be testing all of our products in the following areas. This list is not complete as certain products will be tested in additional areas. 1. Adhesion 2. Impact 3. Flexibility 4. Wear 5. Hardness 6. Salt Spray 7. Thermal 8. Chemical / Corrosion Resistance

We will release this data as it is developed. Data sheets will be available as soon as a sufficient number of tests have been run. Some of this data is already available but not yet included in a data sheet. If you have a specific need for such information please contact us.

We have just had our annual Total Economy run, 4 cars in four categories were using Tech Line Coatings. One finished 1st, two finished 2nd and 1 finished 4th. Demonstrating the awesome effect of coated motors.

Jerry has advised us that they are now coating mufflers for Harley - Davidson. Specifically for the Buell XB.

Products No Longer listed as Hazardous for Shipping

We have just finished having tests run on Cermakrome (MCX and MCXLH), CBC2 and CBX. These products no longer need to be shipped as Hazardous as they have tested as NON Corrosive for shipping. This will be good news for all. This will reduce shipping costs as well as make it easier to ship these items to customers, by ground or air. For customers located outside the USA it will also open more shipping options and significantly reduce their import costs.

We are currently running tests on HHBK, MCS, WBX, WBLX, CermaLube and CF85 as well as related coatings. We hope to have the tests completed by mid August.
